Our team grows to help your business

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Tamara Sutton to Business Psychologist and welcome Niamh Oakes, appointed as Business Administrator and Marketing Assistant.

Tamara joined us one year ago as an Assistant Business Psychologist, and we are thrilled that she is continuing her career at Impact as a Business Psychologist. Tamara will work with the team designing and facilitating workshops on performance, leadership, talent and change, and continue to conduct psychological assessments.

Niamh has chosen us for her Business Administration Apprenticeship. We are very pleased to be able to provide this opportunity for Niamh to ‘kick start’ her career. Niamh will be supporting the team on a range of projects and will be responsible for managing Impact’s social media accounts.

Shelly Rubinstein, Chief Executive of Impact, said “We are delighted to welcome Niamh, she is a great fit for the team and outshone all the candidates. Tamara has had a successful year in her internship following her Masters in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School. In promoting her we are growing the team to improve our offer to our clients. Wishing Niamh and Tamara every success”.

The growth of the team is very exciting and we look forward to the journey ahead for Impact.

Talk to Tamara or Niamh or any member of our team about how we can help your business, we’d love to hear from you.
