Sarah specialises in culture change, leadership, engagement and is passionate about delivering measurable improvements for our clients. Sarah is currently working with public and private sector businesses across the UK delivering innovative, science-based solutions to change behaviours at an individual, team and organisational level.

In 2001, Sarah graduated with her BSc (Hons) in Psychology, and completed her MSc in Occupational Psychology at Manchester Business school in 2017, before starting her Chartership which she aims to complete in 2021. With an MSc in Advertising & Marketing, Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership & Management, Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Sarah is a Principle Practitioner for the Association of Business Psychology and graduate member of the BPS. She is Test User accredited and experienced using OPQ, Saville Wave and PCL Risk Type Compass.

Sarah has featured on BBC Breakfast discussing Leadership Development Programmes. Her extensive experience in leading cultural change initiatives across organisations and teams has delivered measurable benefits such as improved productivity per employee, increased NPS, IIP and Best Companies accreditations and reduced sickness costs.

Sarah loves skiing and can’t wait until her children are old enough to learn to sail. She enjoys spending time helping her local community, working with her local mayor to raise money for local causes, being an active member of her local PTA, and regularly helping with the Cubs and Beaver packs to inspire leadership from a young age. When she does get time to relax she is often found in North Wales enjoying the seaside with her family and friends.
