Sarah Lavin

Business Psychologist

Sarah’s background is in HR working in both the public and private sectors, where she gained experience of resourcing, learning and development, employee engagement surveys and project management. Sarah obtained her MSc in Organisational Psychology at Manchester Business School. Her research interests focused on relationships at work and her MSc dissertation studied the relationship quality between leaders and their teams and how this relates to employee motivation and business outcomes, such as performance, commitment, job satisfaction and turnover.

Sarah is qualified in Test User Occupational Personality and Ability and is therefore competent in administering, scoring and providing written and verbal feedback regarding the results of psychometric ability tests and personality questionnaires, for personnel selection and development.

She provides support to senior consultants on a range of projects, including the design and delivery of leadership development workshops, culture change programmes and assessment and development centres.

Outside work, Sarah loves to run. A member of her local running club, Sarah can be found running along the streets, canals and parks of South Manchester. She is a regular at her local Parkrun where she volunteers as well as trying to get a new PB!
