Elaine Sutton

Associate Consultant

Elaine is a highly experienced leadership development consultant and coach. Following a successful career in the voluntary sector and NHS, she established her private practice and has since worked with leaders at all levels in complex environments and organisations including universities, NHS, central and local government, charities and SMEs.

She has a longstanding and established relationship particularly with the health and social care systems; understanding the dynamics, challenges and benefits of working in a complex, multi-professional environment. Her particular skill is in helping people to understand their role in the system in which they work and to help them take hold of their leadership responsibility.

She holds an MSc in Management Development and Social Responsibility and is licensed to use a range of psychometric tools including MBTI (steps 1 and 2) and Emotional Capital Reporting. In addition to this, Elaine has an ILM Certificate in Psychological Coaching and is undertaking her Executive Coach Postgraduate Diploma at Ashridge.   She is a creative and nimble practitioner accustomed to working with groups of professionals and managers, as well as 1:1 coaching.

Elaine likes to spend her spare time in the company of family and friends, having a good conversation and hopefully a good laugh, as well as walking her dog, a gorgeous golden Labrador called Huxley.
