Job Opportunity – Assistant Business Psychologist

We are delighted to announce that we are recruiting an Assistant Business Psychologist to join the team at Impact – Psychology for Business this April on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You will be involved in a wide variety of projects, supporting our occupational psychologists to provide solutions to clients. We will give you the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as facilitation, assessment and design, across team workshops and assessment centres. You will be a qualified Test User in Occupational Ability and Personality to administer, score and provide feedback in both written reports and verbally, to clients and candidates.

The successful candidate will share our values of openness, integrity, working collaboratively and be highly motivated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be someone with high potential who will have the opportunity to develop in the role and use skills that you have developed during your MSc and work experience. Relevant work experience would be a significant advantage.

Telephone interviews will take place on 1st/2nd April. An assessment day will take place on 25th April.

The successful candidate will start at Impact on 7th May 2019 (date negotiable).
