New Job Opportunity – Assistant Business Psychologist

Our team is growing even more and we are delighted to announce that we are recruiting for another new Assistant Business Psychologist to join Impact Psychology for Business in January 2022 on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This vacancy is open to new applicants who were not able to apply for the previous Assistant Business Psychology position, advertised in September 2021.

You will be involved in a wide variety of projects, supporting our occupational psychologists to deliver bespoke evidence-based solutions to clients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in design and delivery of training and development programmes, talent assessment and Assessment/Development Centre design and facilitation.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and creative individual who is detail-conscious and enjoys working collaboratively. You will share our values, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be qualified in Test User: Occupational Ability and Personality, trained to administer, score, write reports and provide feedback to clients and candidates. You will be interested in business development and marketing and have a confident approach when networking with current and new clients. You will be someone with high potential and will have the opportunity to develop in the role, using the skills that you have gained during your MSc and previous work experience. Relevant work experience would be a significant advantage.
